Your Role And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Shared Services Delivery LDM Lead, LDM will be responsible for the deployment of quarterly Learning Plans for IBM Consulting practitioners to the aligned portfolio and geo. LDM has responsibility for coordinating with others within L&K who manage education planning for the specific business portfolio such as - Learning Consultant (LC), Portfolio Delivery Lead and Event Managers and business stakeholders for execution. LDM is required to adhere to L&K Education Delivery processes, guaranteeing client satisfaction through the use of best practices in event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Required technical and professional expertise
- Manage education delivery for the assigned portfolio & geo working with LC's, and Event Managers (EM's) within L&K plus stakeholders from the business
- Own the deployment of Events to budget by working with Stakeholders, managing nominations (to achieve maximum capacity where possible for each event), collaboration with tutors and the preparation and management of event budget plans and communicate changes in a timely manner
- Provide high level data quality assurance
- Provide continuous format/ways of working improvements with contributions to the team best practices
- Support event issue resolution
- Support/attend Large Events e.g. Learning Weeks/University Events, Senior Partner Events, Bootcamps where required
- Advising practitioners regarding education processes, policies, tools, content in selected alignment area
- Stakeholder management – setting ways of working, expectations, providing overview of event status, providing guidance/advice on best practises, policies and tools etc
- Engage and manage relationship with external training providers in compliance with IBM Procurement policies and rules
- Event evaluation analysis, quality assurance in selected alignment area
- Collaborating with LDM Delivery Lead to provide process improvement suggestions, support/be part of SME projects and ensure working documents are current.
Important Note: This role need the skills to support outside of Manila including timezones
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Learning Management Systems: Exposure to systems used to schedule and deliver training programs and strategic events, ensuring timely and effective delivery to meet quarterly business requirements.
- Performance Metrics Analysis: Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness at portfolio and event levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes for future programs.
- Business Operations Knowledge: Understanding of business operations, specifically IBM Consulting business, to enhance and optimize the delivery experience and lifecycle of learning solutions.
