About the Role
This role will be reporting to an Australian Manager. Your role is crucial for maintaining clean and accurate lists of contacts for the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct thorough research to source and validate contact information.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive research to source key stakeholders via CRM, online platforms, and phone.
Compile lists of contacts for sales campaigns, including contact name, job title, email, and phone number.
Identify new contacts to expand the network.
Remove and replace outdated contacts.
Add missing data and validate existing information.
Manage all documents and information in an organized manner for easy accessibility.
Attend and actively contribute to individual and team meetings.
Identify and contribute to the execution of improvements in sales and broader business processes.
Provide general assistance to the Sales & Customer Service Coordinator and Sales Team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Position Prerequisites
Experienced in a lead researcher in an Australian construction industry.
Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to conduct thorough research online and via phone.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a sales support or data management role is preferred.
