Your Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Cold Caller to join our team. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads to support our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls while maintaining a professional and positive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients following a structured script
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on company criteria
  • Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM system
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team as needed
  • Send follow-up emails to nurture leads and maintain engagement
  • Provide regular reports on call activity, lead status, and conversion progress
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • 2-4 years experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for tracking and managing leads
Preferred skills/expertise:
  • Experience in B2B/B2C, lead generation or appointment setting
