Job Description

Salary: P40,000 to P45,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (03:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience with lead generation or sales outreach campaigns
  • Experience in B2B events, media, marketing, or commercial environments
  • Experience using Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience working with UK, UAE, or international audiences is a plus

What will you do

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support team member to support our outreach and sales activity across our events and communities. This role will focus on researching and identifying organisations and individuals to engage with, building prospect data, managing outreach sequences, and supporting follow-up activity using Apollo and HubSpot.

The ideal candidate is organised, confident carrying out online research, comfortable working with data and systems, and able to support high-volume outreach activity while maintaining quality and personalisation.

This role will support outreach and audience development for events and communities across Dubai, the UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant organisations, decision-makers, sponsors, partners, and delegates to engage with
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect and company data lists
  • Source contact information using LinkedIn, company websites, Apollo, and other research tools
  • Support outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Create, schedule, and monitor outreach sequences using Apollo.io and HubSpot
  • Qualify prospects and identify relevant opportunities for the sales team
  • Support meeting bookings, follow-up activity, and pipeline management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Assist with reporting on outreach activity, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Support sponsorship, delegate, and partnership outreach campaigns across international markets
  • Research market sectors, organisations, and industry trends relevant to upcoming events across Dubai, the UK, and Europe
  • Carry out general sales administration and support tasks.
