Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to determine their landscaping needs and develop tailored plans
- Source and select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project
- Manage and supervise landscaping crews, including assigning tasks and ensuring their adherence to safety guidelines
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including costs, materials used, and client specifications
- Stay updated on the latest landscaping trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure compliance and offer innovative solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that arise
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and provide recommendations
