Minimum Requirements to Hire:

  • EDUCATION: Must have a Bachelor's degree, 4-year course

  • EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of relevant experience

  • SCHEDULE: Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)

  • LOCATION: Amenability to work in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

  • HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENT:Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current externalenvironment/situation)

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

On the job you will:

  • Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

  • Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds

  • Consistently attain the service level set by the Company

  • Practice good judgment in processing cases

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors

  • Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week

  • Assist colleagues and other teams in their production work upon request

  • Manage leaves/day-offs especially during peak season

  • Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team

  • Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics

  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned by management
