Your Role:

The identified candidate for I2P Associate - Korean Speaker will report to the AP Team Lead:

  • Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions in accordance with the service level agreement including but not limited to invoice posting, payment processing, issue resolution among others.
  • Verify/investigate validity of accounts payable transactions and process accordingly in compliance to the company policies, financial reporting standards, and management requirements.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner and escalating issues as they arise.
  • Monitoring of supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Perform vendor reconciliation as deemed necessary.
  • Perform month-end closing related activities.
  • Assist in both internal and external audit.
  • Work on adhoc or special projects as directed by management.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Who You Are:

  • Open to all Korean Bilinguals coming from any industry.
  • Applicant can be Filipino or Native Korean living in the Philippines.
  • Requirement: Korean Language Speaker (Can Speak, Read, and Write professionally and proficiently)
  • Bachelor's/College Degree of any courses
  • Preferable but not a requirement: At least 2 years work experience in Accounts Payable end to end operations and experience working in a shared service center.
  • Preferable but not a requirement: Accounting/Finance and SAP experience.
  • Fluent in English language skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization's objective.
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig (Shift Schedule: 8am - 5pm)
