Role Description

Day-to-day responsibilities include providing effective product support, assisting customers in resolving technical and application-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for process improvement, and delivering technical training sessions when needed. You will work closely with both clients and internal partners to address challenges and align solutions with operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to address customer inquiries effectively and maintain strong client relationships
  • Technical Knowledge, including familiarity with building materials, construction processes, or related fields
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills to monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical or operational challenges
  • Communication and Collaboration skills, including the ability to deliver technical information clearly and work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software tools relevant to customer success operations
  • Educational background in Engineering, Construction, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry or with building materials is an advantage
  • Commitment to continuous learning and a customer-centered mindset is essential
