Job Description

This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. The role requires the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems, including designing program flow, writing effective code, and performing unit testing.

You will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
Building and optimizing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Writing unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
Collaborating with teams to deliver robust solutions.
Troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues when needed.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience:5+ years in Java development (Java 8+; team uses Java 17).
Strong knowledge ofSpring Boot,object-oriented programming, anddesign patterns.
Proficient inJUnit,MySQL, andSQL performance tuning.
Familiar withAWS services(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or other cloud platforms.
Skilled inGit/GitHub workflowsandIntelliJ IDEAor similar IDEs.
Experience withDocker,CI/CD pipelines(Jenkins), andDevOps practices.
