Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for production users across macOS and iOS devices, managing requests through the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for the Manila hub.
- Prepare and maintain studio environments for workshops and confidential production work.
- Configure and deploy devices ensuring correct Jamf policies and security controls are applied.
- Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, transfers and operational readiness.
- Support connectivity between Manila systems and remote environments.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and VPN issues and coordinate network and security changes with engineering teams.
- Support both production and non-production users where required, prioritising production operations.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory records.
- Coordinate equipment preparation and deployment with Operations and Facilities teams.
- Support budget planning and procurement by identifying technology needs and coordinating equipment and software purchases.
- Ensure adherence to client security and compliance standards.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with global engineers to improve workflows and support practices.
- Engage directly with client technical teams when required.
- Participate in on-call and out-of-hours support rotation aligned with production schedules.
- Complete project work set by the team manager.
Requirements
- A good experience of End-User and Post-Production tech support.
- Troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of Mac / iOS devices and applications used in post production and print production.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, O365 and all other applications and services used in print / post poduction
- Experience supporting Apple environments, including device management using Jamf or equivalent MDM solutions.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPN connectivity, and remote endpoint troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with file systems, storage, backup, and cloud-based services supporting production workflows.
- General can-do service attitude
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem solving, able to recognize root causes and identify ways to overcome them
- Understanding of basic networking, server, storage and virtualization concepts to support Hogarth production
- teams including post-production
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in IT and relevant domain
- Amenable to work on dayshift/midshift schedule
- Amenable to hybrid/onsite work
