Why You Love This Job:

The SAM Associate supports and leads efforts to maintain the integrity of DTCC's software compliance. This role will be assigned Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and Business As Usual (BAU) activities as appropriate to provide day to day support for SAM Compliance Tool(s). Request processing, product owner liaison and data reconciliation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Executes daily activities for the SAM/SACM process
  • Manages the group mailbox
  • Manages incoming requests for Software Products and Services
  • Assists with development and generation of reports from SAM Compliance Tool(s)
  • Supports SAM's Vendor Portal Management activities
  • Assists with data normalization and resolution of inconsistencies and data quality issues among the SAM Tools, DRI/SME reporting, the AMDB, CMDB and other applicable reporting
  • Generates regular CSF and KPIs once identified and approved by SAM Process Owner/Manager
  • Assists with data gathering for Publisher Reconciliation and Optimization activities
  • Support operational, business as usual (BAU) activities of the program

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level internship experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Talents Needed For Success:

  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) certification a plus
