Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment Provide incident and request management support to all end-user devices Establish end-user service level agreements Demonstrated ability to provide user support by means of remote access tools Provide status updates to the ticketing tools in a timely manner Interacting with clients to solve their issues Installing new hardware and software Checking and reporting existing problems Repair of hardware including laptops, desktops, POS machines, and POS printers Cabling, tagging, and re-harnessing
Applicants must be willing to work in graveyard shift or other schedules as required by business needs.
Preferably 2- 3 years and up experienced employee specializing in Technical services to end users with
exposure in Restaurant / F&B working environment and owning motorbike as means of transportation.
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must
possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology equivalent.
