Within the Corporate IT organization, you will join the IT Service Management team for LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems: G6 technology) providing technical support expertise:
Resolve issues, maintain & improve application stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of business-critical systems.
Provide 2nd & 3rd level application support for the application.
Graduate Level of studies and/or Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
Minimum of 1 - 2 years similar working experience
Required:
Crystal Reports (versions 9.0 and later) maintenance / bug fixing experience
Experience with Relational Databases (e.g.SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL)
Relevant experience of SQL development including ability to write and tune sql code for optimized performance
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into meaningful reports.
Experience in application support tasks and related support tools (e.g. Service Now)
Ideally:
Knowledge of LIMS
Understanding of laboratory workflows and data management processes.
Experience with GIT projects repository
Experience with Azure and application deployment
Good understanding of the Application Lifecycle Management
Used to work in an international environment
Business user oriented with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and laboratory teams

Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
Good level of English (verbal and written)
