Job Description

A BPO company servicing an international client with Customer Service, Marketing and Tech Support in iGaming seeks to employ a highly motivated I.T. Administrator based in Makati.


Responsibilities

Managing and customizing the website

Know how to use JIRA ticketing system,

Application maintenance, testing, deployment, user management

Making and checking integrations with the other third party

Monitoring the backend of the company and website.

Updating the website, uploading banners, promotion and offers

Checking bugs and issue then fixing it

Manage and improve online content, considering Google Analytics and

communicate with SEO team.

Produce idea and creating promotional events and offer activities then organize them efficiently.

Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of players interaction.

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

Provide creative ideas for localized content marketing and update website.

Collaborate with multimedia artist to improve design.

Performs any other projects or tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Web development

Stay up to date with digital technology developments.

Perform IT Related support for projects and activities as directed (Inventory, fixing assets of the company)

Contribute to the system administration knowledge base.

Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

IT Assets Management

Creating user accounts and performing access control.

Web development

Maintaining and updating company websites

Supporting and training of staff with the introduction of new products

installed internally and on the company websites.

Development and coding of products for the marketing department Implementing and managing security protocols and procedures.

Maintaining an accurate and detailed documentation of all processes

Implementing and managing security protocols and procedures

Liaising with third party vendors

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in the Igaming Industry.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.

Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.

At least two years experience in a similar role.

Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
