Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability and ESG policies across investment activities
- Collaborate with investment teams to integrate ESG risk management strategies, KPIs, and sustainability targets for portfolio companies
- Conduct ESG due diligence and ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards and Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS)
- Engage with portfolio company stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams to promote accountability and strengthen the organization's sustainable investing culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in Environmental & Social (E&S), ESG, or sustainability programs within operational or investment environments
- Knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and experience with Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS)
- Familiarity with social safeguards, labor standards, occupational health & safety, and Philippine regulations
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant ESG, OHS, or social compliance certifications/training are an advantage
