Job Description

Submits orders for replenishment of inventory.

Counts depot inventory for official depot records.

Maintains logs of all products and supplies.

Checks actual depot inventory against stockbot records.

Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to Team manager.

Receives depot deliveries.

Forward all delivery and sales invoices to purchasing team

Submit a report to Purchasing for any defective or expired merchandise for return.

Packs up items and creates labels endorsed to transport team

Organizes inventory in the stock room.

Ensures that the stock room is clean and well organized.

Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.

Prepare the PIS for all deployment of item request, activation of staff and hub weekly supplies

Manage uber tickets for daily requests.

Prepare the stocks and PIS for all deployment of item request, activation of staff and hub weekly supplies/perks

Prepare monthly faulty items report

Prepare Monthly Usage Report

Prepare all the Uniforms for New Hires and Reissuance staff.


Qualifications And Requirements

College graduate preferably business course, computer science, accounting, industrial engineer or any related course

Minimum of 2 years experience in the field.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in inventory software, databases, word processor, database and spreadsheet software.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Able to work weekends on occasion

Good Analytical and problem skills

Knowledge/experience in ERP for Inventory Management like Netsuite/SAP etc

Accounting background is an advantage
