Job Description

This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division.

Integration Analyst- Cleared Workflow is part of Acadia's Client Operations team. The focus of this role is for expansion of cleared workflow messaging channels across the existing Acadia client community. Ideal candidate must be familiar with both Over the Counter (OTC) and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) workflows and be capable of discussing both with client subject matter authorities.

The role will be defining the mapping of clearing broker statement files into format usable by Acadia systems. Once mappings are available, you will validate output and help resolve any issues with development and the client as vital. Ideal candidate will have the technical experience, or ability to learn, to implement the mappings themselves with training.

In addition, you will assist with discussion & implementation Acadia products related to the cleared workflow. This will be for the clearing banks as well as their buyside counterparties and includes call generation from statements, cleared agreement setup and pledge export options among others.


  • Interact directly with clients to define requirements for mapping cleared statement files (inbound) and pledge export files (outbound) across OTC & ETD workflows.

  • Define mapping specifications for development & conduct internal testing to validate results.

  • Assist with implementation of Acadia products downstream from cleared, eg. statement call issuance, agreement setup, etc.

  • Participate in resolution of production issues related to all aspects of the cleared workflow.

  • Use defined tools (Jira,, etc) for documentation and work tracking.


  • Experience with OTC & ETD cleared margin call workflow & understanding of all related terminology.

  • 3 to 5 years experience in customer facing (internal or external), preferably in a business to business environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple tasks and meet agreed delivery dates.

  • Ability to read and interpret OTC & ETD cleared margin call statements or reporting.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Organized with ability to prioritize optimally and meet established target dates.

  • Familiarity with NiFi or other file transfer & modification software is a plus.
