Description

The Senior Multimedia Designer specializing in internal creative and interactive assets focuses on crafting vital elements to support internal projects. This entails developing a diverse array of multimedia components, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive features, tailored specifically for internal use and enriching the learning journey. Collaborating closely with various teams within the organization, the designer ensures that these assets align seamlessly with project objectives and effectively engage internal stakeholders. Their proficiency in multimedia production is crucial in translating ideas into dynamic materials that foster creativity and facilitate interactive experiences within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with track leads and subject matter experts to produce dynamic multimedia assets tailored for internal creative and interactive asset development within the Enterprise Systems training and performance support strategy
  • Design and develop engaging visuals, animations, interactive simulations, and other multimedia elements to enhance internal creative projects and performance support materials
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests related to internal creative asset development from business stakeholders and team members
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate on multimedia assets to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with track leads and subject matter experts to produce dynamic multimedia assets tailored for internal creative and interactive asset development within the Enterprise Systems training and performance support strategy
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive e-learning modules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate on multimedia assets to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/College Graduate
  • 3+ years of related working experience.
  • Familiarity with training development tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline, Opus, Oracle Guided Learning, Tango, and WalkMe, particularly in the context of multimedia content creation
  • Expertise in multimedia content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), animation software like Vyond, TechSmith tools (Camtasia, Snagit), and Canva
  • Experience producing a range of multimedia materials, including but not limited to video tutorials, interactive simulations, animations, and documentation
  • Knowledge in SharePoint Site development and design
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong visual design sense, highly creative, and innovative
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiences
  • Technology savvy
  • Added Advantage
  • E-learning content design experience
  • Familiarity with ADDIE framework
  • Familiarity with Articulate 360
  • REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Design portfolio
