Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative Spanish will be in a team selling model, responsible for driving maintenance, subscription and renewals within the client's customers and partners. This is a sales model that requires collaboration between internal resources, partner resources and customer contacts to drive strategic sales initiatives and maintenance renewals, subscription and renewals.

What do you need to succeed
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • At least 4 years of full complete sales cycle (Outreach, Quote, Close) experience
  • Extensive Account Management experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software

  • Managing, nurturing, and prospecting customer relationships through phone and email
  • Managing and nurturing a relationships with clients in the asssigned regions
  • Managing all aspects of a sale from developing the opportunity through closing the order in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Proactively assessing partner needs in all aspects from providing Reports and Analysis, forwarding Leads and following up on a regular basis, chasing information, providing sales resources
  • Helping build and executing a strategy to do more and more business with partners all over the world
