Job Description
- Lead, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to improve skills, performance, and quota achievement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Track KPIs, analyze sales metrics, and ensure team productivity.
- Oversee the entire inside sales process-from prospecting to closing deals.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, field sales, HR, and channel partners to improve processes and meet customer needs.
- Manage key accounts when team members are unavailable and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular training and coaching to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Manage the sales pipeline, CRM updates, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Support the team in handling complex customer inquiries and negotiations.
- Maintain clear communication within the sales team and with internal and external stakeholders.
