Conduct Time and Motion Study for new projects and ensure the submission is within the required Leadtime.
Ensure the TMS studies are accurate thru validation.
Provide a clear instruction to IE assistant in creation of TMS work instruction and ensure that all the steps from the TMS studies are express visually.
Develop, implement and improve operation process / workflow through line balancing/workload analysis.
Identify the process deviation and implement statistical process capability in all operation.
Conduct seminar on Improvement tools such as PDCA, 5S, 8 waste and QC tools.
Prepares IE weekly report and submit to Senior IE. (TMS Compliance, Accuracy and Improvement/Enhancement).
Implement & Monitor 5s practice on all operations
Research & design new bundling materials/process and spearhead updates on project development lifecycle
Job Specification Or Qualifications
Graduate of any 5-year Industrial Engineer or other related courses.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD/Inventor & Microsoft office / vision / photoshop
Knowledge in the preparation of Work Instructions, process flow chart and Continuous Improvement
Equipped with basic IE tools and knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing
Can communicate clearly & concisely both written and verbal
Can adapt to different working conditions and tasks
