  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through sales activities such as cold-calling, emails, and presentations
  • Make inbound/outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of selling products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with information about new products and services and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Handle customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met
  • Stay up-to-date on all product and service changes
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
  • Report any issues or concerns to your manager in a timely manner
  • Assist other team members with their sales calls when needed
  • Help develop and implement new sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to management on ways we can improve our products, services, and processes


  • Proven sales experience
  • inbound/outbound sales calls experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
