Collaborates closely with different departments to evaluate organizational needs, create suitable interventions, implement programs, and assess their effectiveness. Recommends effective employee development and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment and ensure that the organization's strategic goals are met.
Required skills:
Program design, delivery, and evaluation of intervention on leadership, engagement, culture, mentorship, performance framewoks etc.
Organizational needs analysis
Communication and facilitation abilities
Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Organizational Development
