About the Role:
RealtyEaseAI is seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in ATS systems and Zoho Recruit to join our fast-growing team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle and driving quick and efficient hiring to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment using ATS and Zoho Recruit
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit preferred
- Experience with quick-hire / urgent recruitment processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
