Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Training or education in Human Resources related field
  • At least 6-8 years of strong experience in HR Compensation and Benefits field
  • Analytical skills
  • Residing around Luzon Area or willing to relocate


SCOPE, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation and Benefits Strategic Scope

  • Oversee the administration of regularization adjustments, annual salary increases, performance bonus cycles company-wide in tandem with performance management initiatives of the company
  • Stay on top of changing government-mandated legal employee benefits regularization's workforce that supports the business strategy.
Compensation and Benefits Operational Scope
  • Oversee the timely and proper administration of company-initiated and government-mandated compensation and benefits including resolution of concerns and issues that arise.
  • Ensures creation and maintenance of employee compensation and benefits database
  • Maintain good relationships with partner service providers for HMO, Group Life Insurance, Payroll outsourcing services, and the like.
  • Understand and orient coverage, rules, and claim procedures for both government and private agencies in a sustainable and engaging approach.
  • Manage enrollment, and monitor availability or utilization of the benefits.
  • Collaborate with counterpart agencies to resolve issues and delays in the processing of transactions
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports for processing as well as payment of benefits
  • Generates and analyzes HR compensation and benefits dashboard


Employee Relations Scope
  • Formulates, updates, implements Frost Talent Playbook, and related employee relations policies and procedures. This includes conducting effective and engaging orientations and related learning sessions.
  • Investigates concerns and issues for infraction of company rules and regulations
  • Monitor regular tardiness, absenteeism, and attrition among employee behavior concerns, and provide necessary measures for intervention and prevention
  • Monitor proper compliance with the minimum wage law, statutory benefits, and other mandates issued by the Department of Labor and Employment, Social Security System, Phlhealth, Pag-Ibig, and ECC
  • Facilitates end-to-end administrative case management, including drafting employee notices/ letters and serving such notices to concerned employees, administrative investigation in coordination with the Legal department as necessary
  • Represent the Company in NLRC hearing/ DOLE meetings, inspections, and other activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in labor and employee relations and ensure close consultation with the company legal team
  • Generates and analyzes HR employee relations dashboard


Coordination with Outsource Services

Legal
  • Coordinates with the company's corporate lawyer for any changes to policies and implementation that impact regulatory compliance

Outsourced Payroll Firm
  • Coordinates with an outsourced payroll firm or agent regarding schedule of monthly meetings, making sure deliverables are met, and ad hoc releases funds.

Other tasks may be assigned by the management team from time to time.
