- Develop and implement HR operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish best practices in HR processes, ensuring both documentation and execution are streamlined
- Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned divisions, addressing HR-related concerns
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth and success
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, talent management, and workforce planning
- Business Support & Employee Relations
- Lead and support business needs through HR interventions in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a high-performance workplace culture
- Identify HR-related challenges within divisions and implement proactive solutions to address them
- Data Analytics & HR Insights
- Develop and manage HR dashboards to track key metrics and measure HR performance
- Use data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies and HR policies
- Continuously analyze workforce trends to enhance decision-making
- HR Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR leadership capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through innovation and best practices
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of business partnering experience
- Ability to create reports to enable informed decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
