Job Description

The HRBP is responsible for building and driving operational excellence in HR and ensuring strategic hiring practices that align with business goals. The position requires a data-driven approach to HR, process optimization, and a strong focus on delivering business impact through people strategies.

Job Description:

  • HR Process Building & Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement HR operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • Establish best practices in HR processes, ensuring both documentation and execution are streamlined
  • Strategic HR Partnership
    • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned divisions, addressing HR-related concerns
    • Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth and success
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Business Support & Employee Relations
    • Lead and support business needs through HR interventions in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a high-performance workplace culture
    • Identify HR-related challenges within divisions and implement proactive solutions to address them
  • Data Analytics & HR Insights
    • Develop and manage HR dashboards to track key metrics and measure HR performance
    • Use data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies and HR policies
    • Continuously analyze workforce trends to enhance decision-making
  • HR Compliance & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR leadership capabilities
    • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through innovation and best practices
    • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of business partnering experience
  • Ability to create reports to enable informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
