Job Description

Job Summary:

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides the related support for recruitment program.
  • Organizes and coordinates the benefits related activities and help HR Leader conduct related administrative work.
  • Handles general internal and external affairs.
  • Administers disciplinary matters in accordance with the company policy.
  • Management of Travel, transportations, cafeteria and meeting related activities.
  • Provides full support and assistance to HR/Admin function as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

  • Administrative experience required. Experience working in HR or related field, preferred.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
