We are a team augmentation company dedicated to connecting exceptional remote talent with global organizations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NDIS Compliance & HR Manager/Officer with strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and the SCHADS Award. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting NDIS operations, compliance management, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration within an Australian business environment. Experience working remotely with Australian teams or within outsourced support functions will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:
  • Support compliance operations in alignment with Australian workplace legislation, SCHADS Award requirements, and NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes for new hires and workforce contractors.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and maintain accurate evidence and documentation management systems.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing compliance records for audits, reviews, and regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate training schedules, compliance certifications, and mandatory workforce learning requirements.
  • Monitor staff compliance obligations, ensuring timely renewals of certifications, checks, and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational processes, compliance tracking, and workforce management systems.
  • Draft professional reports, policies, procedural documents, and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across HR, compliance, and workforce functions as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working within the Australian NDIS sector, with strong understanding of NDIS operational and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and SCHADS Award interpretation.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and workforce administration.
  • Familiarity with internal audits, compliance tracking, and evidence/document management.
  • Experience coordinating staff training and compliance programs.
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency using compliance management systems, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
