Operations Manager
Salary Range: PHP80,000 - PHP100,000/month
Location: Makati
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and leading a team of BPO employees, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance targets.
Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded by working closely with the client and providing regular updates on performance metrics.
Responsible for implementing process improvements to optimize the team's performance, quality, and efficiency.
Responsible for the training and development of their team to ensure they are up to date with the latest technology, process improvements, and best practices.
Should monitor and report on team performance against agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators.
Should identify, monitor and manage risks to the operations of the team to ensure continuity of service and avoid potential service disruptions.
Should manage the budget for the team, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business management or operations
management.
At least six (6) years of experience in BPO as an Operations Manager
Experience in handling a team minimum of 20FTEs
Skilled in manage real-time agent monitoring and working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing staff adherence to policy
Experience in developing and providing detailed reporting on staff activity, including areas for
improvement
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Performs supervisory functions that include mentoring and motivating the agents as well as
addresses any attendance or scheduling challenges.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of best practices in BPO operations, process improvement, and client
management.
Proven experience in training and developing team members.
Proficient in the use of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, project management
software, and CRM tools.
