Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Content Moderator role based in Davao del Sur. The Content Moderator will review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies. Responsibilities include promptly addressing flagged or reported content, maintaining a positive user environment, resolving concerns effectively, and ensuring accuracy and quality in moderation. Collaborating with team members and contributing to continuous improvement processes are also key aspects of this role.
