Job Description

As a Call Center Agent for the Telco Account, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, technical support, and sales for telecommunications products and services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, technical support, and sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
