SimplerQMS is bootstrapped and rapidly growing. Our platform helps medical device and pharmaceutical companies across the world manage their regulatory documentation in an efficient way. Our technology is based on the M-Files Document Management System.

We are looking for a service minded Helpdesk and Support Specialist, who will be part of our Customer Success Team to provide support and guidance to our growing customers in collaboration with our different co-workers.

This is a full time position and the work will primarily take place in the European time zone.

About the Job

  • Take ownership of the Helpdesk system to support customers mostly via support tickets, email, chat and via phone if necessary.
  • Provide high quality customer support with a friendly character on how best to use our product.
  • Creating and maintaining the internal and external support articles updated at all times.
  • Identifying and collecting customer insights and feedback; being the voice of the customer to help the product development team gather potential product improvements.
  • Work together with the QA with the monthly and major testing and reporting of the SimplerQMS application.
  • You will also help the Customer Success team to conduct product demos to our potential customers

Qualifications

  • Have a flair and interest for learning IT applications and Life Science Regulation
  • Have relevant work experience in customer support or community management.
  • Quite tech-savvy, curious, and motivated to gain a deep understanding of how our product works - inside and out.
  • Critical thinking and have problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing with excellent time management skills.
  • Have strong spoken and written English skills to perform the responsibilities below.
  • M-Files knowledge and experience is a BIG PLUS but not mandatory!

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Philippines
  • You are able to work remotely during the European Time Zone work hours
  • You can work full-time
  • You have great English skills
