Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (CSR). As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support in a healthcare account. This position requires candidates who are comfortable working in a BPO environment, particularly during the graveyard shift.
College Graduate with or without experience OR Completed 2 years in College with at least 6 months of customer service-related experience (preferably 1 year in a BPO setting).
Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in a Healthcare account is required.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and comprehension skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
Starting salary: PHP 23,000 monthly
Upon hire: PHP 18,000 basic pay + PHP 4,000 premium allowance + PHP 1,000 flex fund allowance
20% Night differential
HMO coverage for employee from Day 1; HMO coverage for dependents upon certification
