Job Title: Head of Sales

What You'll Do:
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic sales leader to lead and scale our business operations in the Philippines market. This role will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, building strong channel partnerships, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing market expansion strategies across Modern Trade, and distributor networks.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial execution with strategic thinking, understands FMCG or consumer business dynamics, and has experience managing multi-channel sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Business Growth
● Develop and execute the overall sales and channel strategy for the Philippines market
● Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across all sales channels
● Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion areas
● Translate business goals into actionable sales plans and channel initiatives
● Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and target achievement
Channel Management
● Lead and optimize channel performance across:
● Build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and strategic accounts
● Ensure effective route-to-market strategies and distribution coverage
● Monitor channel productivity and implement improvement initiatives
Team Leadership
● Lead, coach, and develop the sales and channel management teams
● Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability
● Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and
Operations
● Drive organizational alignment to achieve commercial objectives
Business Planning & Performance Management
● Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities
● Develop business reviews and strategic recommendations for leadership
● Ensure healthy trade spending and strong ROI management
● Monitor inventory health, sell-through performance, and operational efficiency
Stakeholder Management
● Act as the key commercial representative for the Philippines office
● Build long-term partnerships with key external stakeholders
● Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams
● Provide regular market insights and business updates
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
● 10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or commercial leadership
● Strong experience handling Philippines market operations
● Proven track record managing distributors and multi-channel sales environments
● Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, beauty, or related industries is highly preferred
● Strong leadership and people management capabilities
● Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen
● Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
● Data-driven and comfortable working with sales analytics and business reporting
● Excellent English communication skills
● Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
