Position:Head of IT

Job Summary:
The Head of ITwill lead the organization's IT strategy, ensuring the seamless operation of all technology systems across multiple sites. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on IT expertise, and leadership experience in retail or multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business goals for retailoperations.
- Oversee IT operations, ensuring system availability, network reliability, and cybersecurity across all sites.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of systems supporting retail operations, POS, CRM, and other business applications.
- Manage mall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, security systems, and IoT/automation technologies.
- Evaluate, select, and implement enterprise technologies and digital transformation projects for mall operations.
- Establish IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement across multiple locations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience; experience in retail or mall operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture, enterprise systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site IT infrastructure and digital projects.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience managing IT operations for multi-site retail environments.
- Experience with POS systems, retail applications, and infrastructure for commercial properties.
- Background in digital transformation and enterprise system implementation in a retail setting.
