CLIENT PROFILE: LUBRICANT/OIL AND GAS BUSINESS (SEARCH CONFIDENTIAL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Establishing and communicating the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies across departments.
- Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the company's financial health.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, customers, and partners.
- Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to the executive team and other employees.
- Performance Management: Monitoring performance against objectives and making adjustments as needed.
- Public Representation: Serving as the public face of the company and representing it to external audiences.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Specific Tasks:
- Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes and developing new ones.
- Collaborating with department managers to gather data, produce reports, and make forecasts.
- Overseeing the company's hiring, retention, and training processes.
- Making critical business decisions.
- Producing reports and presentations for executives and managers.
- Meeting with board members and other executives to assess goals and strategies.
- Overseeing budgets and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Requirements
- Strong background in the lubricants industry; open to candidates from the automotive, tires, or car spare parts industries.
- Open to candidates currently in a Senior Manager, Director or VP role and ready to step up into an executive leadership position.
- Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Solid experience in P&L management and financial oversight.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to confidently represent the company to external partners and stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a hands-on leadership style.
