HCM Consultant REQUIRED MODULE(S) SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP
JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY Provides functional expertise, guidance and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products.
QUALIFICATIONS: For you to succeed in this role, you MUST have:
At least 3-5 years of extensive experience as SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors ECP or SAP Payroll
Completed SuccessFactors ECP / SAP Payroll Full Lifecycle implementation projects.
Experience in preparation and documentation of functional business process procedures for end-users.
Core skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, global implementations, unit & integration testing, UAT / regression testing.
HR-400 Certification would be an advantage.
SAP Payroll experience would be an advantage
NICE-TO-HAVE:
SuccessFactors EC and ECP Certification (or candidate must be willing to undergo certification)
RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE:
Supported SAP Payroll to improve payroll compliance.
Worked on various payroll functionalities such as payroll processing, deductions, cumulations, processing classes, wage types, garnishment, off-cycle payroll, FI Posting, and 3rd party remittance.
Performed all round support on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll that includes: Foundation Objects configuration, Role Base Permissions, Workflows, Position Management, Global Assignment configuration, Time-Off, defined business rules, prepared test data for interface and regression testing for EC quarterly.
Created or Edited Job Codes.
Pay Rate Changes (Off-Cycle).
Employment Data Changes.
Voluntary and Involuntary Separations.
Refining Succession Data Model for Point-to-Point Integration using Manage Business Configuration Tool.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Subject-Matter-Expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Module
Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices for both EC and ECP modules.
Configures and documents system changes following workbook specifications.
Performs unit testing and provides assistance during UAT, parallel run, cut over & hypercare.
Respond to functional inquiries raised by HR operations team.
Implement system changes following change requests and corrective maintenance.
Liaise with ABAP developers and service directors as necessary.
