Guest Services Specialist

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Guest Reservations Agent to undertake the following tasks:

• Answer phone, emails, texts, chats and OTA requests in a clear and timely manner using a ticketing system
• Responding to lead messages in a timely manner using our PMS as well as our email messaging system
• Registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities
• Administering check-ins and check-outs
• Providing front desk services to guests
• Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
• Coordinating with other team members in the Philippines / US locations via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other team management tools
• Other administrative tasks, such as helping with a cleaning schedule, reservations, making sure rental agreements have been signed, etc.
• Any other reasonable customer service duties as assigned by management

• Have experience with another short-term rental/vacation rental company or property management or hotel experience
• Have worked at a BPO company for a US/ UK / Australian company before.
• Experience with Zendesk, Appfolio, Guesty, or other PMS is a plus
• Be fluent in English - and possess excellent English skills
• Be able to work flexible hours including WEEKENDS. We will create rotating shifts,
• Have a strong work ethic and show up to work on time
