This is a hands-on and lead by example position that will drive the launch of new business's and grow awareness of existing brands. Responsibilities:

  • Bring a unique approach to demographic and market attraction / engagement.
  • Continually bringing new ideas and directions to the leadership team to help expand brand and growth.
  • Define and lead growth strategy via digital marketing / brand awareness
  • Conceptualize new and highly engagement concepts that stand out from the crowd.
  • Design and launch lead acquisition campaigns (email marketing, social media awareness, PR, etc.)
  • Advise / assist in the creation of a catalogue of engaging content for all social media footprint, varying the approach and style to keep the branding fresh.
  • Advise on, create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including visuals, copy and best practices to ensure successful campaigns and ultimately lead generation.
  • Using analytics tools to report findings and improvements on all email campaigns. Report on sales revenue generated marketing campaigns.
  • Have a whatever it takes and be hands-on to achieve the growth vision. Have the same level of determination and passion to succeed as the leadership team members.
  • Be the Brand Ambassador of the Company


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign creation, delivery / management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Strategic Growth Marketing
  • Extensive background in idea conceptualization, starting concepts from zero bring the idea to the table and work with the leadership team to bring it to life.
  • Experience in creating, designing and optimizing content materials and campaigns from scratch
  • Experience within the Outsourcing, RPO, Staffing Industries [or similar] is preferred but not essential
  • B2B Leads Generation experience, ideally via LinkedIn and similar routes to market.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
