Purpose of Position:
The Graphic designer AU is responsible for creating targeted and engaging content, images and emails to
generate revenue across the Australia/ New Zealand brands. The role is focused on creating high-quality and
high-volume email and website advertising campaigns.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Understand of HTML code to create and edit email templates.
  • Create new high-quality email templates and campaigns when requested.
  • Assist design team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Create mock-ups for websites and landing pages to help drive design and innovation throughout the organisation.
  • Develop the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise when required.
  • Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects.
  • Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images and writing and editing copy.
  • Ensure all images used are accurate and checking to ensure that our image library contains all of the latest images from our suppliers.
  • Work in accordance with the strategy and briefs defined by the marketing department.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and work autonomously.

Criteria and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with qualifications and/or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the role
  • Appropriate qualification and/or experience attained through previous appointments, service and/or study
  • Experience with HTML for editing and creating emails
  • Proven design skills and ability to create engaging content and visual campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and XD.
  • Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on-time (or ahead of schedule).
