Your role as graphic designer would involve Swimline and its sub-brands across all digital & physical channels from websites to in-store materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid the art department with week to week varying projects (working directly with art director)
- Creating a variety of assets for several types of products in specified dimensions, file sizes and color modes
- Stay on top of current content trends in our space to keep us relevantAmend designs after continuous feedback
- Open to change. You're inspired by the endless ways in which everything we do can always be improved.
Design
- Spark your creativity and apply it to our multiple brands while staying within provided brand guidelines
- Build visual assets for Amazon, sell sheets, websites, email design & marketing, social media and more - there is no limit to the possibilities for creativity in this role
- Ability to go beyond the creative brief, offer your expertise and follow through with projects with little oversight
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, while staying organized and focused with each task at hand
- Eventually taking ownership of certain projects from initial concept to final execution with minimal review by art director
Details
- You will have to work the US shifts from Monday to Friday
- A working laptop/desktop computer that can run Adobe software smoothly
- Able to understand and speak fluent English
Duties
This type of work required includes but is not limited to:
- Amazon product listings (including asset creation)
- Bulk photo editing & background removals
- Packaging / Instruction manual design & formatting
- Social media posts
- Marketing materials (banners, signage, sell sheets)
- Product development - concept ideation to creation
- Annual product catalogs
- Website design
Communication & Project Management
- Use tools like Microsoft Teams & Outlook to communicate day to day with the art director.
- Use tools like Trello, Microsoft Sharepoint/OneDrive, and Loop to keep track of files, projects, and deadlines.
- Willingness to work with daily status check-ins and self-management of projects and deadlines
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing or any related
- 2+ years of relevant in-industry experience
- Expertise with the Adobe Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Must have strong experience with photo editing
- Familiarity/experience with product packaging
- Familiarity/experience with Canva
- Strong understanding of file handling/saving
- Comfortable with eCommerce platforms and implementing front-end web design with drag-and-drop tools (no coding required).
- Experience with video editing and/or 3D modeling is a plus
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Photoshop Generative Fill & Canva AI Image Generator
