Job Description

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x onsite/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM AEST)
Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000

  • R&D Tax Incentive Application Development:
  • Interpret technical information and apply it against legislative requirements for R&D Tax Incentives.
  • Work closely management to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with R&D Tax Incentive guidelines to build audit files and educate clients on their internal processes.
  • Documentation Collation and Submission:
  • Lead the collation of necessary documentation and evidence from various businesses to support grant and R&D Tax Incentive applications.
  • Manage a systematic approach for gathering, organizing, and reviewing documentation to meet the legislative and grantor requirements.
  • Submission Management:
  • Coordinate with management to ensure timely and accurate submissions of grant applications and R&D Tax Incentive claims.
  • Monitor submission deadlines, manage schedules, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Business Director to align grant and R&D Tax Incentive strategies with organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the grant and R&D process, ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferable.
  • Strong understanding of current technology including Read AI, ChatGPT, Office suite.
  • Strong writing, comprehension and editing skills.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and large pieces of information in a concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the Business Director
  • Experience in a similar role writing applications or large-scale documents.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical information for grant and incentive applications.
