Job Description

The purpose of the role is to support Arcadis approach to actively engaging external talent through designing and developing our global and regional employer brand content and talent attraction campaign & BAU capabilities aligned to our new global EVP Create a legacy (Employee Value Proposition).

This role will sit within a small team, working closely with the Global Excellence Center (GEC) HR colleagues, Marketing & Communications and Talent Acquisitions (TA) teams.

Role accountabilities:

  • Creating written copy/content to be utilized across a range of platforms including Global careers site, landing pages, social media platforms, email communications, blogs, online events and external media providers i.e. LinkedIn,Glassdoor, Indeed, social media assets, employer brand & talent attraction collateral (digital & physical) and job-boards across both professional and early careers for both regional and global campaigns and cycles.
  • All content created will help showcase and bring our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) Create a legacy to life. Clearly articulating to external audiences why Arcadis is the employer of choice. Driving the development of written content and in line with the Arcadis EVP, working closely with Marketing & Communication and TA teams, as well as in-house graphic designers and global talent attraction project manager and global head of talent attraction & employer brand.
  • Support the build out of careers website, language pages, and additional platform features such as bespoke landing pages, CRM templates and candidate/external audience communications. Managing all LinkedIn global and regional media campaigns using the campaign dashboard from brief, development, go-live, optimisation and reporting/ROI.
  • Employer Brand guidelines familiarity, governance, and compliance. Ability to recognize regional nuances in the talent market to support the development of global material within the regions
  • Awareness of competitor activity, best practice, talent engagement and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across all copy/content design and implementation.
  • Eagerness to drive self-learning via online webinars, formal training, and proactively stay up to date with platform developments. Open to new opportunities to utilize emerging digital mediums and techniques to drive future candidate engagement and support build of global talent communities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Have experience with developing written copy and general employer brand marketing content development. Experienced MS Office user across: MS Word (Essential), Excel & PowerPoint& Outlook. Experience with employer brand & marcomms guidelines across tone of voice (TOV), imagery, SEO and marketing campaign analytics and key metrics i.e. CPM / CTR to evaluate effectiveness of content and establish ROI
  • Copywriting skills and excellent vocabulary, grammar and judgement of appropriate language related to target audiences bringing the Arcadis brand to life. Ability to work manage a clear production process across multiple projects. Have a passion for building digital content and employer value propositions. Ideally have experience of producing content that is then utilized within a Content Management System (CMS) platform, such as careers site and CRM. Alternatively, have previous experience working within a CMS and or CRM system to manage digital communication campaigns to key audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks to a high standard is required. Be an excellent communicator across key stakeholders: GEC, Marcomms, and HR Teams as well as a general understanding of the business
  • Liaison with internal and external service providers and stakeholders. Be interested in continuous improvement and innovation to improve return on investment and candidate engagement, growth mindset clearly demonstrated.
  • Degree in Marketing & Communication, Design, or related discipline.
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a multi-national company, preferably in an engineering, technical or professional services organization. RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or recruitment agency related organization.
  • Mature and dynamic team player. Self-starter, creative and curious yet independent; ability to follow clear instructions and work to tight deadlines across multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage your diary appropriately fast-moving environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Microsoft Office Applications and MS Teams.
