Position: GIS Technician
Location: Harton, Pasay / Eastwood, Quezon City

Your Role:

As a GIS Telecommunication Fiber Design Specialist, you will:
  • Instruct and Manage Subcontractors on specific GIS schemas, data layers, and quality standards for fiber projects.
  • Serve as the In-house GIS Expert for compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards for client submittal.
  • Act as the Primary Communication Liaison between the customer, the project team, and subcontractors regarding GIS deliverables.
  • Audit and Validate the quality of GIS output to ensure high accuracy and adherence to telecommunication fiber design standards.
  • Work Standard US Business Hours to be fully available when the project team and client stakeholders are working.
Non-negotiables
  • Proven Experience with telecommunication fiber design (FTTH required).
  • Extensive knowledge in GIS Platforms: ArcGIS, QGIS, and 3GIS.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English) for interacting with customers and subcontractors (Required).
  • Must be a Self-starter who can drive GIS compliance and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work standard US business hours.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with VETRO software (clientu0027s database of record software).
