What You'll Do

  • The Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the WFA Americas team, working closely with the Team Lead. This position serves as a key resource for process knowledge and is the first point of contact for process-related activities such as new hire training, quality audits, peer coaching, and documentation reviews. The SME also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and drives operational excellence across HR services.
  • Ensure timely completion of all scheduled work in alignment with SLA commitments
  • Monitor daily controls and escalate operational issues as needed
  • Review and recommend updates to procedures based on control findings
  • Prepare and deliver training materials for process-related sessions
  • Manage onboarding activities for new hires and deployments
  • Create, maintain, and update process documentation
  • Drive process excellence through efficiency, consistency, and automation initiatives
  • Conduct quality audits and peer-to-peer coaching sessions
  • Perform transactional tasks related to in-scope activities (approximately 30% of the time)

Qualifications


  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Shared Services
  • Familiarity with US labor laws related to recruitment, disability management, compensation, benefits, and data privacy
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Santo Tomas, Batangas
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools (e.g., HRMS, Case System, ATS, Microsoft Suite)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Professionalism, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Initiative and collaboration skills, with a willingness to share knowledge
  • Flexibility to rotate across different HR Services workstreams as needed
