Job Description

General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our recruitment team and oversee the HR function, Client Management, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in fast-paced outsourcing and staffing environments, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple functions effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can supplement the recruitment team during high-volume periods, devise innovative recruitment strategies, and lead the Client Services and Operations teams.
As General Manager, you will provide excellence by:
Recruitment Management: (extensive experience here)
o Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
o Conduct second-level interviews to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
o Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fill roles quickly and effectively.
o Step in to supplement the recruitment team during peak periods by sourcing and hiring candidates.
Human Resources Management:
o Oversee the HR function, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
o Develop and maintain HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
o Manage HR-related queries from contractors, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Client Services and Operations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
o Manage accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments.
o Participate in sales calls to acquire new clients.
o Oversee the Client Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
o Manage the Operations team, ensuring contractors are efficient and effective in their roles.
o Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment and operations strategies with overall business objectives.
Expected Work Hours and Time Zone
This is an output-based role with a semi-flexible work schedule. You can work anytime during US business hours with at least partial overlaps between the team and the Chief Executive Officer's schedule. You are also expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.

Consider yourself highly qualified if you:
Proven leadership experience in recruitment, HR, and operations management
Have experience at a staffing firm / RPO
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of recruitment software and HR systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
