Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Funding Supervisor, located in Isabela. The Funding Supervisor will manage and oversee financial activities related to funding operations. They will analyze financial data, ensure compliance with regulations, prepare reports, handle financial reconciliation, and support the organization's financial decision-making process. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with financial institutions, supervising funding requests, and optimizing funding processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Finance and Financial Services, with a solid understanding of funding operations and processes
• Proficient in Accounting principles and Auditing practices
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with relevant work experience
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry and financial practices is a plus

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its banking partners.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with banks to ensure the best possible financial services for the company.
• Responsible for Fund Sourcing and Disbursement.
• Transact, monitor and manage daily banking transactions, including payments, transfers, and deposits.
• Maintain accurate records of all banking transactions and communications.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
• In-charge of preparing cleared checks to be forwarded to the accounts receivable accountant for invoice application. 
• Records check for release.
• Maintains updated and reliable cash position which includes checking of disbursement and collection reports.
• Monitors movement of Loans in the bank.
• Prepares documents required by the bank for line renewal and other bank requirements related to cash management.
• Act as a custodian of passbooks.
• Identify and resolve banking issues and discrepancies efficiently.
• Provide guidance on banking-related inquiries, procedures and policies to internal departments.

Skills and Competencies

Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Proficient in liquidity forecasting, managing multiple funding sources concurrently, and reconciling restricted versus unrestricted funds.

Banking & Treasury Expertise: Solid understanding of banking services, regulatory requirements, treasury management, and investment profiling.

Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Proven problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Investment Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively within the investment field.

Collaborative & Self-Sufficient: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
