About The Team & Business Line

As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Position Overview
The Senior Vice President is responsible for providing strategic leadership to their management team, holding them accountable to execute and deliver against goals and objectives. Meeting deliverables to Private Assets clients and other Citco Offices per Service Level Agreements (SLAs); managing workflow, to and from, other Citco offices; ensuring local employees have the tools and training they require; liaising with clients; and driving process improvement are key responsibilities in this position. The ability to take the lead in global and local initiatives, acting as a focal point for interactions with other Citco Offices and technology groups, will be central to successful execution of the role.
Main Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Work with executive management, locally and globally, to shape and develop tactical and strategic solutions
- Develop goals for direct reports and their teams, and manage employees to successfully meet these goals
- Evaluate, manage and mitigate risk on behalf of Citco and our clients (portfolio and operational)
- Ensure new clients, funds and conversions are integrated onto Citco platforms and adhere to best practice
- Manage the pipeline of work in and out of local teams, matching resources with work requirements
- Oversee compliance of SLAs with clients / other Citco Offices, resolving issues as they arise
- Develop ideas on how to improve best practice, create operational efficiencies, utilize technology and deliver a better product to our clients
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external audit standards
- Escalate judiciously to Senior Management, as and when issues arise
- Coach direct reports and develop talent, ensuring that training is executed effectively
- Complete ad hoc report requests and operations metrics as required by the executive team
- Act as a main contact for clients and other Citco offices
- Take a lead role and/or oversee special projects/ systems implementations and workflows
Education, Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor or master level degree in a business discipline
- 12+ years of progressive work experience in Financial Services and/or Private Equity/Assets Fund Administration, inclusive of executive level management experience
- Experience managing large scale financial operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product knowledge Private Assets Investments
- Knowledge of Private Assets, hedge or mutual funds, plus domestic, global and OTC security markets, fixed income and derivative product knowledge
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Incisive analytical skills allied with creative problem solving
- Ability to drive systems implementations and work flow process initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills
- Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis
