A Functional Dynamics 365 Consultant is expected to:


Requirements Gathering and Solution Design.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and requirements.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Implementation and Business Process Optimisation
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisation, configuration, and data migration.
  • Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and maximize the benefits of Dynamics 365.
Integration and testing
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organisation.

Training, Support and Maintenance
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics 365. Create training materials and documentation as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring the continued effectiveness of Dynamics 365 solutions.
What it takes to be part of our team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or specific module certifications, are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional modelling skills are a must have of which initially Excel will form the core; Power BI experience will be seen as advantageous.
  • An affinity for interpreting numerical data supported by excellent written & verbal communication skills to deliver insight in a meaningful way to employees at any level in the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and design effective solutions.
