Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Full-Cycle Sales Representative to spearhead their sales pipeline. In this role, you will manage cold email outreach campaigns, qualify inbound leads, conduct product demos via Zoom, and close deals with prospective language teachers. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder in a fast-paced startup environment and play a pivotal role in driving business growth.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads at scale
- Qualify inbound leads from the outreach pipeline and move them through the CRM sales funnel
- Conduct product demos via Zoom to showcase the platform's value to prospective language teachers
- Close deals and facilitate client sign-ups, guiding prospects through the onboarding process
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and outreach platforms such as Premier Inboxes and Instantly
- Track and report on sales pipeline activity and conversion metrics within the CRM
- Contribute to refining sales scripts, rebuttals, and demo materials as the business scales
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, including cold outreach, demos, and closing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Go High Level or HubSpot
- Understanding of cold email outreach infrastructure and deliverability best practices
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
